Frequently asked questions
Most items ship via standard parcel carrier and arrive within 5–7 business days. Larger equipment (saunas, cold plunge systems, gym racks, and similar) ships via freight carrier with curbside delivery and typically takes a bit longer — we'll follow up with tracking and a delivery window as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Most equipment arrives mostly assembled, with final setup (attaching handles, consoles, or accessories) typically taking 15–30 minutes with basic tools. Larger items like saunas and racks may need two people for the final step. Full instructions are included with every order.
Yes — flexible financing plans are available at checkout on qualifying orders, so you can spread the cost of larger equipment over time.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund. Reach out to our support team to start a return and we'll walk you through the process.

We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay at checkout, plus financing on qualifying orders (see above). Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
